The Long Johns in cotton/polyester are suitable for use when experiencing less acute pain in the hip or groin region, or when the cold is causing bladder or prostrate discomfort. They are also suitable for thigh, knee and calf problems. The Men’s Long Johns are made in a ribbed fabric, with a double gusset and crotch and have no front fly opening.
